TERMS AND POLICY

The procedure will not start until you and the artist have agreed on the shape that is flattering to your facial features. Please make sure you are completely satisfied with the technique you choose before the procedure begins.

Everyone is different and can respond to topical numbing differently. How much you bleed will affect the outcome result and therefore require additional appointments to achieve the desired result.

Photos taken during and after your enhancement may be posted on Catt Ink's media pages.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Our prices are subject to change at any time

We cannot guarantee 100% successful results to our clients because everyone's skin takes in permanent makeup differently. There are also no refunds as we have carried out the services.

COMMITMENT FEE & PAYMENT
A non-refundable commitment fee is required to secure your appointment.

The remaining balance will be due on the day of your appointment. We accept ZELLE or CASH. For any cards (there will be a 4% processor fee). 

NO SHOWS
No-shows with no call/no text will automatically forfeit their deposit and CHARGED 50% of the remaining balance of the service to be performed. If you cannot make it to your appointment please notify us in any way possible to prevent a no-show.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
Any cancellations will result in forfeiture of the commitment fee. Rescheduling can be done at max 3 times. If you must reschedule, please allow 3 (THREE) days of advanced notice. Any last-minute rescheduling (less than 3 days) will result in forfeiture of the commitment fee made. For first touch-up appointments that did not take a commitment fee,  there will be a cancellation charge of $50. A new commitment fee will be required to book another date. Rates of pricing may be subject to change. Pricing of your rescheduled service will apply to the new date it is set for. Appointments require advance planning and reserved time. Any changes made close to your appointment date impact the artist's full day schedule and typically cannot be filled last minute. We ask for your understanding and respect for this commitment.

CHILDREN & GUESTS
No children or guests are allowed in the working room of the studio as it will be a distraction for the artist. There is a waiting room out front. 

LATENESS
Please come on time to your appointment to ensure enough time to work on your brows.

Please text our number if you will be arriving late (number located in your reminder confirmation email)

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and your commitment fee will be forfeited. An additional commitment fee will be required to reschedule.

PREVIOUS WORK DONE
If you had previous work done on your brows, please take clear photos of your bare brows and send in to clear them before booking.

If you did not inform previous work done and book for new brows, the artist may NOT be able to work on your brows and the commitment fee WILL BE FORFEITED.
